English-language contact pages
The English pages do not contain an online enquiry form. Email and telephone links allow you to choose whether to contact us through your own applications. If you send an enquiry, the information you provide is used for product discussion, demonstration arrangements, requirements and necessary follow-up.
The Chinese enquiry form
If you choose to use the Chinese website's enquiry form, it requests organisation name and type, city, product interest, contact name, telephone number and an optional description. Submission requires the stated consent. The English pages do not submit that form automatically or create an enquiry merely because you visit.
Anonymous website measurement
The site records session-level source information and content events, including entry paths, referring host, UTM parameters, page views and interactions with contact or demonstration links. The event payload is designed to exclude enquiry text, contact names, telephone numbers, raw IP addresses and browser fingerprints.
The existing content-measurement design uses session-level browser storage for source information and page-view deduplication, without analytics cookies or cross-session or cross-device identification. English pages use the same first-party approach; no third-party advertising tracker is introduced for this pilot. Server operational and security logs are managed separately from these content events.
On English pages, contact actions include telephone links, email links, the public WeChat QR link and project-contact buttons. These counts record your choice of an entry point; they do not confirm that a call connected, a message was sent, a QR code was scanned or an enquiry was completed. New action categories are measured only from the date this update is enabled, without filling earlier gaps.
Purpose and access
Enquiry information supports the conversation you requested. Anonymous content events help assess website content and enquiry paths. Enquiry records are held in the site's access-controlled management system and are available to authorised personnel.
Your choices
You may browse without sending an enquiry and may contact us directly instead of using a form. Contact the company to request correction or deletion of enquiry information; appropriate identity verification may be required.
Sensitive health information
Do not send patient names, identity numbers, medical records, assessment answers or family details through ordinary website enquiries. Any necessary project data exchange should use the secure method separately agreed by the organisations involved.
External services and links
Email applications, telephone services, WeChat, filing registers and other external websites operate under their own arrangements and privacy rules. Review those rules when choosing to use them.
